Solar keratosis cryotherapy
Treatment of other skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. These often need to be removed surgically. Subsequent repair of the defect may include a flap and/or graft depending on the size and location of the lesion.
Excisional biopsy of malignant melanoma. A referral to the Melanoma Unit for opinion. Definitive treatment with local wide excision.
